We are a family of oyster farmers with a passion for our craft, cultivating oysters with dedication and expertise for 4 generations. The heritage passed down from father to son, and mother to daughter, is reflected in the quality and flavor of our oysters. We proudly perpetuate our know-how, maintaining a deep bond with the ocean and the marshes.
Our oyster hut offers an immersive insight into the craft, with tours of every stage of oyster production, from spat to maturation. A cycle that takes at least four years...
Our oyster tasting takes place in front of a magnificent view of the marshes and nature, to discover oysters with delicate flesh and a characteristic nutty taste.
Our oysters are available for retail sale in bags or "bourriche" at the hut, as well as for shipping. We also offer open oysters on trays for takeaway.
We welcome groups all year round, and can privatize our hut and marsh for ceremonies, meetings and other events by prior arrangement.
We also offer on-site services for companies or other events (weddings, cocktail parties, etc.). Culinary entertainment, oyster bar and seafood platter (shrimp, sardine rillette, whelks...).
