A qualified, trilingual sommelier, Jérémy Duchemin has worked in Relais et Châteaux (Château de Brindos in Anglet, Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint-Emilion) and in Michelin-starred restaurants in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, most notably with Christopher Coutanceau in La Rochelle.
In a cellar of original design, he proposes to introduce you to authentic red, white and rosé wines, Champagnes, Eaux de Vie, Cognac, Armagnac and great Port wines.
You'll be pleasantly surprised to learn a lot about wine and the products on display. In September 2021, the winery was selected "best wine shop" in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region by the weekly magazine Le Point. In 2024, Aux Tours des Vins was again featured in Le Point's list of the 100 wine shops of the year.
