Coffee Les Herbes Folles

This Cultural Café dedicated to plants, is about 70m2 and has a large window that opens directly onto the street, where 2 large swings are installed under a metal portico. The bar counter is made to measure in wood and steel. The back of the room can be privatized and modulated by a system of removable sound walls, for meetings, conferences or cultural events.

The menu is both original and varied. It will please everyone with of course a wide range of drinks based on plants and / or fruits, which have been selected to surprise you: infusions often new, with tea or without tea, hot or iced, and a coffee grand cru organic. All the herbal blends of the herbalist's shop can be tasted on the spot! The beers, on draught or in bottle, are artisanal and local. The wine is organic, and the pastis comes from Ré!

The sweet treats are home-made by a nearby catering partner, as are our appetizer boards for savoury snacks.

The coffee is organic and comes from a roaster on the Ile de Ré with an extremely rigorous sustainable development approach.

All our teas and infusions have been selected for their originality and according to an irreproachable and sustainable quality charter, only in organic ranges. Delicacies and benefits associated with the menu, with Ayurvedic blends, fruit waters, teas or other toning plants, in detox or relaxation mode, etc.

Unexpected waters, milks and syrups are also on the menu for surprising blends and cocktails (Unicorn Latté, homemade Bubble Tea, Macha Latté, lavender syrup, thyme thujanol, etc.) alongside the unchanging classics (grenadine, raspberry, elderberry syrups...).

The iced softs are also under the sign of plants, with Kobuchas (fermented tea), relaxing or on the contrary energizing fresh infusions in bottle, or our fruit waters and home-made iced teas.

The fruit juices are freshly squeezed, in smoothies, or bottled under organic references.

The beers are local in draught or in bottle: La Rocheloise, Les Brasseurs Cueilleurs, Georgette, La Beun'aise

The wines are organic, in red, white or rosé

The aperitifs are also local: pastis de Ré, Pineau des Charente, kir, etc.
