In the midst of the Trojan War, under the hallucinated gaze of Greek and Trojan men, the Amazons, a tribe of women, play their part in the "Festival of the Roses". Penthesilee, their queen, and Achilles, a Greek hero, fall violently in love. They transgress all the established rules and let their fiery love explode, but the monster is not far away...
