Workshop program:
In search of magic objects
For the whole family (ages 6 and up)
October 21 and 24, 10am to 11:30am
A multicultural encounter with objects and tales from America and Africa. Each parent/child team imagines and designs a personalized object and endows it with magical powers. The creations are then presented and shared during a storytelling session.

Take a look at a vase created by artist Roberto Tenorio.
Draw inspiration from his work to model your own clay vase. Create an engraved decoration, then paint it with engobes (colored clay-based paints).

Doudou is the star of this creative tour! Drawn, modeled and photographed from every angle, he'll travel through the collections to bring home some wonderful memories!

Halloween! The Shadows of Kongo
[For families, ages 5 and up]
October 31, 10 to 11:30 a.m. or 2 to 3:30 p.m. I
For Halloween, put your ear to the ground and let yourself be told strange whispers nestled in the bottom of a box, during a dramatized visit to the temporary exhibition, followed by a creative workshop evoking the proverbs of the Kongo people.
