Explosive Duo in Colors

We are two self-taught visual artists, Les Délires de Lulette and Yann Partisan de l'Art, collaborating since 2021.
Our style is inspired by abstract art, pop art, surrealism, street art...
Although our worlds are different, we come together on a raw material that has been abandoned, awaiting a second life, which will serve as a support for our gestures nourished by acrylics, inks, pigments, dried paints...the art of recycling...

Yann Partisan of Art
I've learned the art of recycling over the years, as a way of life rather than as a fashion statement to be "in", whether as a cabinetmaker or in renovating my home. And naturally for the creation of my paintings, where I design my frames and supports with the aim of fighting against waste, giving a second life to these objects and also creating unique and original pieces, breaking away from the usual standards and for all types of formats.
My art can be both abstract and figurative, employing a multitude of techniques on various supports (wood, paper, fabric, etc.). I work with acrylic paint, inks and various other materials... from the immaterial to the material.

Lulette's Delusions
A Globe Trotter, I've returned to my roots after more than 20 years abroad.
I juggle with colors, drawing inspiration from the different elements that surround me, and among my many creations, I've signed a series, "Les élégantes", hijacking the image of 20th-century women, bringing them back into the spotlight.
But also various colorful series on my periods living abroad, which have influenced my creations. It's an invitation to travel, to South America, the Comoros, Iraqi Kurdistan and more...
I become Niora when I get behind a camera. For this exhibition, I'm taking you on a trip to "Realismo Mágico" in Colombia.

Exhibition at the espace Carnot in Châtelaillon-Plage from Tuesday October 15 to Sunday October 20, 2024, open from 10am to 6pm.
