Ciné-conférence à Beauséjour : Le tour du Mont-Blanc

Muammer Yilmaz is a writer, film-maker and world traveler. In addition to his famous round-the-world trip
in 80 days, without a cent, which took him 47,000 kilometers through 19 countries,
he also tackled a tour of France in a 2CV and a crossing of the Sahara,
on the salt route with the Toubous nomads.
In 2022, with Milan Bihlmann, his "travel brother", they set themselves a new challenge.
The two adventurers decided to circumnavigate the Mont-Blanc massif without eating,
quenching their thirst with mountain water alone. Supported and filmed on their journey by Milan
who carried the twelve kilos of equipment needed for the filming, Muammer set off with just a water bottle
water bottle, a light rain jacket and sandals.
In 11 days, they covered 162 kilometers, with no less than 10,000 meters
of ascent. On this journey, they meet inspiring people who share their experiences
their experiences, values and philosophies of life.
This film is a real life lesson! It shows us the power of human will,
to surpass oneself, against a backdrop of unspoiled landscapes,
of exceptional beauty.
