Book Fair - Le Livre en Fête - 3ème Edition

The municipal team's aim is to promote culture for all and with all: it's in this spirit that we've designed the third edition of the "Livre en Fête de Saint-Xandre", which will take place on October 12 and 13 at the Agora cultural center.

Above all, we want this event to be festive and convivial: authors and readers will be able to discuss their common passion, exchange ideas and share experiences and favorites.

Some fifty writers will be on hand to present their works, and you'll be spoilt for choice from novels, short stories, wellness books, historical and detective books, not forgetting the children's section.
The event welcomes local authors as well as writers from all over France.

Each author will benefit from a special moment, during an exchange on stage with a presenter who will act as your spokesperson.

This year, we welcome Henri Guaino, politician and essayist, as guest of honor, as well as the singer Stone, patron of the event.
A special guest this year is Éric Revel.

At the end of the event, two prizes will be awarded: the best novel prize and the youth prize. The awards ceremony will take place in two parts:
- 5pm: prize-giving ceremony
- 5:30pm: wine reception

Children's author Didier Dominguez will donate part of his sales to the association Les Anges de Noé, which helps parents cope with the loss of a young child.
