La Gueule du Loup

At La Gueule du loup, a seaside hut, we have chosen to work mainly with local artisans as often as possible: the baker at Le fournil d "Aytre for our burger bread, artisan butcher David Maignan for our rib steaks, Tonton Maboule, a renowned ice-cream maker at Les Minimes in La Rochelle, for his delicious sorbets, Zen-cha at the covered market in La Rochelle for our tea and coffee, the crémière at the covered market for our gourmet tiramisus, and various brewers in the region for our fine craft beers (La Rieuse, Boc 17, La Lanterne, La Manufacture, Tête de mule, Duck and Alaryk, an organic craft brewer from Béziers) and the Brasserie de Ré for its organic cola and tonic.
