The accommodation
An apartment with a clean, modern design for up to 6 people.
Each bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a closet.
The sofa bed in the living room has a real, comfortable 140x190 mattress.

You'll have access to a parking space in a closed, private garage. Numerous parking spaces are also available in the outdoor parking lots at the bottom of the building.

The residence includes a swimming pool open in summer.

In the heart of the Minimes district, you'll be a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the town center.
If you want to eat close to the apartment, there's an unusual pirate-themed restaurant opposite the building.

Access to the whole apartment, to the residential swimming pool and to the private box (closed parking).

Other remarks:
For families, a baby kit (cot with sheets + high chair) can be provided.

The veranda where the sofa bed is located is bright and cannot be completely plunged into darkness thanks to the curtains.
