Parking is available in a basement garage (4.55 m x 2.45 m x 1.9 m). Outside parking around the residence is also available to all if required. There's also a bicycle storage area to keep your bikes out of the rain. Please note that this is a communal area, and we recommend that you tie your bikes to it.

The area around the Résidence is charmingly landscaped, and a lovely coastal path just 100m from your apartment takes you to the Minimes beach (approx. 1km) on foot or by bike. The Old Port and downtown La Rochelle are about 2.5 km away (by road, coastal path or sea bus).
