On the 1st floor of a modern residence, this large 70m² apartment is very bright and benefits from a large 17m² terrace. Furnished with garden furniture and deckchairs, you can relax and enjoy the superb sea view (Fort-Boyard and Ile d'Aix on the horizon).

The large living room: dining area + sitting area with corner sofa + fully equipped open-plan kitchen have been designed with your comfort in mind. Plenty of storage space.
For sleeping, 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds and desks are available. Bed linen is provided, and for families with babies you'll find all the equipment you need. The apartment is also equipped with 2 mobile air conditioners to cool off your summer nights.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double washbasin. Remember to bring your own towels, as these are not provided. And for your convenience, the WC is separate from the shower room.

Parking is available in a basement garage (4.55 m x 2.45 m x 1.9 m). Outside parking around the residence is also available to all if required. There's also a bicycle storage area to keep your bikes out of the rain. Please note that this is a communal area, and we recommend that you tie your bikes to it.

The area around the Résidence is charmingly landscaped, and a lovely coastal path just 100m from your apartment takes you to the Minimes beach (approx. 1km) on foot or by bike. The Old Port and downtown La Rochelle are about 2.5 km away (by road, coastal path or sea bus).
