Short Film Festival

Over the years, through successive generations, a large number of films have been produced, forming a collection with a wide range of subjects, some of which recount the evolution of life in La Rochelle and its environment.
On February 21, 13 short films by our members will be presented at the Agora in Saint-Xandre, during a special evening where these films will meet a new audience. The program, which aims to be eclectic in terms of themes and genres (fiction, features, documentaries, cartoons, etc.), includes films that have recently won awards at regional and national festivals, notably those organized by the FFCV (Fédération Française de Cinéma et Vidéo).
The Caméra Club Rochelais (CCR), originally known as the CAR (Cinéastes Amateurs Rochelais), was founded in 1946 by a group of amateur filmmakers keen to work together, in an association that has become one of the oldest in La Rochelle.
