My small architectures are out of scale and out of time.
Houses piled up in tiny cataclysms.
Reliquary houses or impregnable fortresses.
These landscapes of black or white earth, these architectures
of bronze or wood, are imagined dreams, bric-a-brac of fragile, ephemeral installations.

Anne Zablot
I experience painting as an act of desire, a love affair in which I abandon myself to the grace of the moment... a rendezvous with myself and my old promises...
I work informally, intuitively, without rules; the freedom offered by the abstract is my source of motivation and my challenge to create something singular. I like to think that anything is possible in this space. When I paint, I try to rediscover the pleasure of a child who marvels and discovers the world.
