It has a terrace of 13 m2 on the ground floor, it is cool in summer (maximum 25° in the middle of a heat wave). You will be able to park your car in the courtyard (enclosed by a wall) on a totally secure private site.
This excellent location in the heart of LA ROCHELLE will allow you to discover the city and the region on foot, by public transport or by bike. Self-service bicycle stations are located near the apartment as well as the bus station (Yelo bus and regional buses of New Aquitaine).
While walking in the city, you will discover its architecture, its arcades, its stores, its restaurants, its park, its casino and many unusual sites. From the Old Port, you can embark for Fort-Boyard, the Charente islands of Aix, Oléron and Ré. The sea buses will take you to the 'Minimes' marina (one of the most important European marinas) and 'Le Passeur' will take you from one shore to the other, to the media library, passing between the Chaine and Saint-Nicolas towers.
La Rochelle is a starting point to go to the Poitevin marshes (nicknamed the Green Venice), to discover the Puy du Fou and to go to the Futuroscope attractions.
