NEIGHBORHOOD:
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of La Rochelle, 2 steps from the train station. Ideal for visiting La Rochelle and the surrounding area on foot, by bike or by boat! Aquarium, Les Tours, historic center, Le Gabut, Port de Minimes, etc....
The Plage de la Concurrence is a 15-minute walk from the Old Port. Tip: walk to the media library and take the ferry. It will take you between the 2 Towers before you reach the beach on foot. Very pleasant.
Shops (mini-market, bakery, pharmacy) also within walking distance (2 to 5 min.).

Leaving from the Old Port:
- Excursion boats to Fort-Boyard, the Charente islands of Aix, Oléron and Ré.
- Sea buses take you to the Minimes marina (one of Europe's largest marinas).
- The ferryboat takes you across the river to the media library, passing between the Chaine and Saint-Nicolas towers. A magical experience.

ACCOMMODATION :
RUPELLA-PEARL ideally accommodates 4 people as follows: 2 adults and 2 babies/children/teenagers. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140×190 cm) and the living room with 1 extra sofa bed (130×190 cm).
ATTENTION: Due to its size and design, the sofa bed is not suitable for heavier people.

The comfortable, cosy 25 m2 living room is very bright (south-facing), with lounge and TV, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. It opens onto a 9 m2 balcony with garden table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils).
A fridge-freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, and clothes line complete the equipment, as do numerous storage spaces and 2 large closets.
The bathroom with WC features a shower, vanity unit with shelving, storage unit, hairdryer and electric towel radiator.
