It features a spacious 21m² air-conditioned living-dining room. The independent, well-equipped kitchen offers many advantages.
For your meals, you can choose between the kitchen, the living room and the terrace (9 m²) (a garden set is installed). Access to the balcony is directly from the kitchen or the living room. The view overlooks a pleasant wooded area.
A space for everyone! You'll be able to bring up to 4 members of your circle together if need be, thanks to a range of sleeping options.
There's a bedroom with a 140cm bed (2 pers.) and an extra convertible sofa (140 x 200) in the living room.
For your convenience, the bathroom and WC are separate.

A secure garage (2.5 x 4.6 m) in the basement can be used as a bicycle shed, as well as a private outdoor parking space.
You have access to television, fixed-line telephony (limited to mainland France) and fiber-optic internet.
