The Tourist Office of La Rochelle Agglomeration has computer resources intended to send you, only if you agree, information and promotional offers. The information recorded is reserved for the exclusive use of the Tourist Office of the agglomeration of La Rochelle.

Non-EU Transfers: This processing is technically operated by a company based in the United States, Mailjet, which has developed a powerful newsletter management service. This company takes care of the technical part of sending emails and hosts the data (first name, email, IP address, etc.). Mailjet will never send an email to users on our data list.

Contact form

Purpose: The information collected on this form is recorded to allow you to interact with our services, and allow them to send you a response consistent with your preferences.
Mandatory data: Surname, first name, address, postal code, city, country, e-mail
Optional data: Telephone, civility
Non-EU transfers: No. The data is stored on our tourist information system. The security of data retention is applied.

Online reservations

Purpose: The information collected on this form is recorded to allow you to interact with our partners and allow them to send you a response consistent with your reservation.
Mandatory data: Civility, Names, first names, address, postal code, city, country, e-mail, phone, dates of stay
Non-EU transfers: No. The data is stored on our booking platform. The security of data retention is applied.

Non-personal data processing
